New watch, it’s an early 30th present from Sarah ( my partner ) the brand is nixon and its in a gun metal grey colour Matt finish. Im super stoked with it as in all reality the only other spends that we have ear marked for ourselves is a bump dress for Sarah and some Olympic shoes for me. Then we’ll just be setting aside everything for baby. Still tossing up names for her, we have some ideas but any help is appreciated!!

Workout:
A1: Deadlift Cluster; 2.2.2, rest 60 sec
A2: Weighted Dip or dip negative, 2-3
x 4 sets
B: 18 swings at a tough weight/height, rest 1 min
C: for time
50 Broad jumps
25 Push Ups
50 T2B
25 Dips
A: worked at 90kgs, was really really heavy and just not pleasant at all :/
B: 24kgs heart starter as coach put it.
C: Broad Jumps, not too bad, just jump and jump and jump
Push Ups, broke this into 10/10/5, still a weak point for me, but i slugged through
Toes to Bar, did heaps better on these, i was trailing at least 2mins behind the rest of the group at this stage, but reeled everyone in, i broke up the reps into 10/5/5/5/5/5/5/5/5. i came off the T2B 2nd
Ring Rows: red band, pushed through these in 5/5/5/5/5
13.23 - i’m heaps happy with this time i pushed hard the whole way through and pulled back to 2nd place after looking like finishing last !
Someone needed extra cheese, pregnancy craving allegedly.
